After having a mini breakdown about my business/Instagram account and well basically everything, I decided to take a mini retreat of my own in the the form of 21 day Social Media break.
I needed to take a step back
I needed to nurture my inner artist
I needed to surrender and trust that everything would be ok.
So I took the decision to take a 21 day Social Media Break and it felt amazing.
I walked a lot and sat down for 2hrs harvesting camomile so I could make my own tea.
"The franticness was starting to dissipate"
I took a long look at my health needs and my daily routine. I gave myself permission to have a nap if I wanted one and I invested in some top quality essential oils to assist me in deep relaxation and healing.
Cold Morning washes:
I have a steam on my land, so I decided that every morning , I would have a cold wash and bi-weekly wash my hair in the cold water. I am familiar with the work of Wim Hoff and knew the benefits of cold water therapy.
Adding these into my creative retreat made me feel alive and confident.
The retreat helped me shift from stuck to ABUNDANT in mind, body and spirit
